Customer satisfaction is more important to us than the chocolates and other treats we produce at The Squirrel's Den. While we strive to deliver only the freshest and highest quality products possible, we do realize that there are going to be times when a customer may encounter a problem with the items they order.
Because our products are both perishable and edible, sometimes returns are possible, and other times they are not. But making things right with our customers is always possible! If you receive a product that you are dissatisfied with, please do not send it back to us unless we ask you to. Simply contact us at once and tell us what the problem is so that we can find a way to resolve the issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please don't hesitate to call us and let us know what is wrong so we can work on making it right. Our business hours are 9:30AM - 5PM Monday thru Saturday, and until 8PM on Fridays.
